This guy is brilliant very professional and reliable.... he got me out of a sticky situation were I had been left stranded for nearly 12 hours by another recovery firm got me home safe and sound after a very stressful day..... looked after my bike like it was his own I would highly recommend this fella to anyone

I had to write something. RCL were send out to me on the hard shoulder of the M25 to recover me and my bike after a gearbox gave out. They were allocated by the RAC who seem to be scared of bikes. The RAC were rubbish, no comms. But the reassurance of the call from RCL when they were finally allocated, and the brilliant friendly service (he even bought me a bottle of water on a hot day, having been stood there for 3 hours) were simply excellent. I could not recommend more. And the fact that they are all 'bikers' makes such a difference. Bloody brilliant, that is all I can say. Genuine. heartfelt thanks for the care and attention taken to provide an A1 service.

I needed to get my bike moved across London and these guys were truly brilliant, a quick phone call and a couple of follow up texts for the details and everything was arranged for the next day.On the day, I had a call to say my bike was safely loaded and another to say they were about five minutes from me.All in all, a brilliant service, and I would highly recommend.

I'm a complete novice and bought my bike from Auto trader. From (Staines to East london) Gav was really helpful on the phone and Connor even checked the bike when he got there to pick it up. Like others have said the fact that Connor rides also is reassuring. Like I said I'm a complete novice and it was just nice having someone help me check the bike through. I felt confident I'd made the right choice.Would definitely recommend!

I was in hospital due to crash.RCL guys collected my bike and brought it home. I was unable to help when they delivered it.RCL guys parked my bike in front of my house and helped my mum to lock it up. Very polite to me and my mother. That I greatly appreciated.Great service.
