ScS - Sofas, Flooring & Furniture

Recently purchased a lovely sofa and matching swivel chair thanks to Tracey who helped us with colour and fabric choices. Gave us plenty of time to consider our options . Made us feel very relaxed and not pressured in the least . Great customer service .

Went to look for a new sofa and was absolutely disgusted with the service we received. We were approached by a sales consultant who pushed past my wife so she could sit down and started to discuss the range of products. She did not seem interested in what we wanted, she was only interested in our budget. We will never look to buy any products from SCS and have received excellent service from Sofology.

Thank you to Keith for your assistance and advice. Great selection of furniture and explaining the 0% interest finance options and recommendations. I'm still bugeting and doing my window shopping but definitely recommend ScS.

I have been today in the shop, just browsing and i came out with a sofa (well, with the purchase of a sofa, not the sofa yet). Tracy is a real seller, and very funny and friendly. The sofa looks comfy and elegant. I can't wait to have it in my living room.I'm adding this after 2 years: the sofa is great

The staff in the store were very welcoming and friendly. They took time to discuss options with us and helped us find the perfect sofa for us. They explained the insurance cover in a very informative but non pushy way. Would definitely recommend.

Similar experience as quite a few of the other reviews. In short - the staff in store promised me my carpet would arrive within 3 or 4 weeks (the only reason I bought that day), this turned into over 3 months (it took multiple emails, 3 visits to the store, and days of communication to get this answer from them after I had already waited 4 weeks). Communication with the store was awful - I often did not even receive a response to my emails. It took approx. 2 weeks of further emails and threats of contacting Trading Standards before I was given my refund (they also fought it and said that the carpet had already been cut to avoid giving one, despite the fact I had already spoken to customer services on the phone who said this was not the case). This had to be done via the phone, as the store did not respond. An awful experience and I will not be going back. 2 stars purely as the customer support on the phone were actually very apologetic and helpful (eventually).

Went in today and bought sofa . Our second visit to the store. The store displays are tidy and we'll presented. Steven asked us if we needed any help. We said we were ok he said he said if you do I'm here and left us to wander around no pressure . Bought a sofa and very happy no pushy sales very relaxed and friendly

Got a great deal on a new sofa and two chairs. Sales person was so professional, and not pushy whatsoever, but always on hand for any questions we had. Easiest purchase yet. Can't wait for it to arrive, which is only in 3-4 weeks time. Very happy!
