They are a fantastic shipping company - always prompt, always affordable and easy to use. It's extremely rare for anything to go wrong but when it does, they promptly compensate me.Over the years they've improved their tools, they've made bulk upload of information possible, they support shop integration and if you're lucky to be living in certain cities, offer free collections. It's amazing how compared to Royal Mail, their services are much cheaper and much faster. I hope this company exists forever as I can't imagine sending my items without them.

My recent experiences with the Transglobal team based within the Bromborough depot have been very positive, the 4 personnel I dealt with were all very polite and super helpful. Quotations were also prompt and competitive. It is a pleasure to work with your team.

Changed my original review. The lack of assistance after being loyal to them for ao long has pushed me out of my international shipping business. All turned their backs when a small issue that i resolved popped up. Disgusting...all of them. Apparently they understand". As they say...behavior and words of the great are never appreciated by the common heathen"

We recently moved to Canada from Scotland. I sent an email asking for a quote for 2 pallets. Leeane was amazing in the whole process. From the initial quote right up untill the week we moved and requoted as it was the next month and more accurate details. Actually worked out cheaper than shipping them over .and quicker .Shipping I was quoted 6-8 weeksFlying was the same week. We flew out . Absolutely disgusted. I asked for these people to return a £400 Oak door to a supplier in the packaging it arrived in. I took out the insurance just in case.This is how it arrived !There response wasUnfortunately, we have found the materials used to cushion your shipment were not sufficient to protect the contents from the rigours of transit on a courier network, which can include the use of automated sorting facilities, such as gravity chutes and conveyor belts. We therefore regret that we are unable to offer any compensation in this instance for the damaged goods.All carriers handle parcels with the same level of care, regardless of “Fragile” or other such labels. Parcels may be stacked and are processed through automated sortation centres using the aforementioned conveyors and chutes, therefore “This Way Up” labels may not help, as orientation cannot be guaranteed.We would always recommend the use of cushioning materials such as bubble wrap, craft paper and loose fill polystyrene to protect your items. There should be at least 5cm of cushioning between each item, and between the items and the carton wall, so that the goods could withstand a drop from waist height onto a solid floor.

I first came by Transglobal express when looking into send some items to Australia. I hadn't sent anything as far as that before so was unsure of the process and best way to do it, also how customs worked.I tried a couple of service providers but couldn't get past a live bot chat. Then I happened across Transglobal...who had a phone number...with a human at the other end....how very un 2023!!I called up and explained what I wanted and within a short time I got a call from parcel sending supremo Jill.She has been a massive help in advising, processing and ship the parcels I wanted to send to Australia.I have also used Transglobal for some shipping for work. We dont sent much but from now on it will be Transglobal on everything I send. Personally or for the business.Transglobal offer a customer focused, results driven service and I for one throughly recommend them for any shipping you need to do...domestic or international

Thrilled with this company. They offer excellent, affordable solutions for small businesses and their customer service is incredible. Efficient drivers, too. It really is quite unbelievable! I thought it was too good to be true but I've been using TG for 4 months now and not a single hiccup. Highly recommend!!!! (PS they absolutely trump RM and FedEx so don't even hesitate to ring them!!) Oh and my daughter was also thrilled to get a photo with our regular collection van haha.
