It’s never nice when you have plenty of money to spend in store and then you walk in and the staff look down on you as if you don’t belong there. Good job I didn’t stick around wasting my time waiting for someone to assist me.

I just moved to Liverpool, and I popped in today.I had a quick question to ask about one of my watches.After 15 long minutes where everybody ignored me, someone finally came and without even asking what was my question, she told to book an appointment. Just to ask a question!!I've been to many stores around the globe and I've never seen such a poor customer service.You won't have my money.

My husband and I were at the store to inquire about Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch availability. One gentleman asked us to wait for 2 minutes for salesperson. We waited almost 10 minutes, nobody bothered to come and help. We left the store. We are originally from USA visiting the city, we visited so many stores in different countries. We never experienced such a lousy customer service.

As ever the display cases were empty or exhibition only. What a waste of retail space. Staff didn't even acknowledge me.

I came into the store to look at a particular model. I spoke with Shaun about watches and shown him my datejust which I aquired last year before my wedding.I showed him a scratch on the clasp which had appeared and asked if it would come out on a rolex service.What a legend and great guy. He took it off me for 5 minutes and has removed the scratch for me free of charge.Great service
