Excellent customer service by Jessica on Thursday and Hassan today. I have purchased five other pairs in the last two years from here; the service was always good. But I felt Jessica and Hassan went above and beyond (no matter how many pairs I'd tried on and how fussy I was) with such a positive attitude, excitement, and sales & after-sale skills! Hats off, guys!

Customer service was on point , very helpful staff and shop was neat and clean , loads of colourful shoes to choose from for women and men

Came to return some shoes. The blonde manager (forgot to ask her name) was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you for the great service.

Absolutely horrible customer service when returning shoes by a particular member of their staff. I would give - zero star if I could to staff customer service.

Didn't have what we wanted and assistant was not helpful. Looked fed up and disinterested. Not a good look for any shop. No wonder people are reverting to online shopping

The staff was behaved very bad with my father and pointing him finger to get out from the store.Firstly, we bought shoes from here spend £80 pounds on it.The size was not accurate so we came to change the shoes.Then, they say we can’t change it or you can’t swap on other shoes. We say fine. After that we decide to buy other shoes he gave us old used shoes. He arguing with us and behaving bad the aggressive bad behaviour make my father more angry at least we are customer of them how dare him to talk like this and saying that I call the police and evn though he is giving old used dirty shoes.

I went shopping there on a rainy day. The staff warmly welcomed me and they were very kind and cooperative. I bought a wonderful shoes with good price. they are such a light and comfortable shoes. I like them.

I went into the branch on Market Street Manchester to try on some pairs. I had been recovering from an accident and not feeling well. Twice in one week I went into this shop both times I went in took a long time and the staff, especially Anisa were kind, patient, understanding, efficient, and super helpful. Anisa had backache from working and servicng so much and so well- conscientiously meeting up to all the demands, above and beyond excellent, kind service. She certainly deserves to gain commission . Each time I had an attack and had to urgently leave to store. Eventually had to get the shoes (cheaper) online as I needed then quickly.Nothing like as nice or good an experience buying shoes online as in-store. Why note have a drinks machine and drinks bench in-store, for customers. It would also give them time to decide on purchases.I fully intend to take my friend and daughters into this store to pick up some shoes as promised birthday gifts.. and it has to be Anisa who'll get the reward from the sales.

Very poor customer service. Staff couldn’t be bothered serving us. No sizes of most shoes. Shocking service. Went to CLARKS and spent £150 on a great pair of shoes
