I don't switch nail technicians. As soon as I found V.I.P nails, I stayed as I'm always happy with the result, in fact, I followed cherry from the two shops she worked in til she opened her own place and here I am

Waited nearly 2 and a half hours to be seen. Came in at 3:30pm waited until 5:15pm to be seen ended up walking out as only one guy doing nails. The lady who said she would see me at 5:00pm left the building and didn’t come back. I had enough by 5:15 went to another salon and was seen straight away.

Recently moving to Nottingham, I have had my nails done at 3 other salons and have been so dissapointed. So happy when I came across VIP nails. I honestly wasn't expecting much because of my previous experience at the other places I had been, but this was amazing. The ladies were lovely and accommodating, salon is very clean and welcoming, and the quality of my nails are amazing!! This is definitely my new spot

Always get my nails done here. I am a loyal customer and have followed the owner around from when she used to do my nails in Sherwood. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all cost!!!!... if you want to be charged over the odds go here! Nails are always too thick also cut my cuticle ... the female over charges I have the same all the time this female charges different prices every 3 times I've been and when confronting the female she calls you a lier ...I will not address as a lady as this female should know how to speak with clients no professionalism what do ever! I would definitely not recommend to anyone ever infact I will spread the word of my horrendous experience
