I first contacted Bradleys over a year before we ended up selling through them. Sharon came around and took me through everything, she also gave us a very fair valuation. Someone from the office called within a month and asked what we were thinking. I advised that we were going to wait a bit and they should get in touch towards the end of the year....8 months later, and I get a call from Harry asking if we were looking to sell. It was perfect timing!Sharon came and did another valuation within a week at a time to suit me. The quote for fees was with me by the next day, along with a photographer recommendation. We signed the contract and booked in a time for the photographer/ floor plan/ description etc. This was absolutely painless. Within a day, we had a drafted brochure and the house went on the market shortly after.We were fortunate and had a lot of interest.
