Inca Accountants

They have been the best accountants I've worked since I setup my business! They were super efficient helping me out in the transition from sole trader to limited company and their precision and care towards their customers is something unique you cannot find anymore in many places! Highly recommended for any type of business which require an accountant service!

I like that Inca are prepared to go the extra mile; They offer value added advice for business and sole traders, not just on accounting.All their staff are always helpful and approachable.I've been with them for just under a year, having done it all myself previously, and am so glad I decided to use them. Inca do everything that's relevant and nothing that's irrelevant; what they provide is perfectly aligned with what we need. Inca have supported our business for nearly 14 years now and whenever I've needed advice it's always been forthcoming. I switched to them very early on in the development of our business because I realised that our previous accountants, who I'd used to set up the company, were not really tuned in to the needs of businesses of our size and type.

Inca provide a personal service and respond very quickly to enquiries and queries. Compared to our previous accountant they are far more supportive and they speak to us in English and not in jargon. If we've got queries they're happy to explain it. Inca are really good and they do offer us plenty of support and they do workshops and things that we can go to if we want to.Why do it ourselves when we've got experts who can do it. Let the people experienced in that field do it for us and we can focus on what we do best.

I always get contact from Inca straight away; They reply within the same day with anything that I need. They seem very approachable, and friendly to deal with. They understand the questions I ask and are able to answer them.Inca have helped me to understand lots of the financial side of things that I wouldn't have had a grasp of before, so some of the subtleties around VAT and CIS. They answer my questions straight away where I would have been struggling to look up the information for myself.I've only had one other accountant, when I was based in London, and I found him much harder to get hold of, and slower to respond to questions that I had. Inca are much better.

Inca have been my accountants for over 2 years now and I am delighted with the level of service that I receive. They are always on top of what has to be done and ask for information in a timely manner so that you are not rushing to get information back to them to hit a tight deadline. As well as the great service I receive I also love the fact that they offer free workshops to their clients. They cover a wide range of topics that are very relevant to someone who is running a small business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an accountant who cares.

‘It just seems very personal in the way they deal with you. I've only just started working with them a couple of months ago. I had some work that needed doing urgently and they got it done within a couple of days. The after care is good as well. They offer workshops every now and again.They've recommended the BNI networking group and I know Graham Carson has a lot to do with that although I haven't had a chance to go yet.I'm new to being self employed and running my own business but through these workshops they give a good insight, for instance in advertising through social media, which opened my eyes to all the different things you could do through that.Another good thing about them is that they're based in Wantage and I'm in Henley so I was expecting to have to go out there, but I don't, they're in Henley every Wednesday.They gave me a lot of advice on the initial meeting I had with them, and from discussions I've had with them, you can go to them at any time and they'll help you with your business and help your business grow. They're happy to do that. There's no hidden cost either, anything they do for you the cost is up front.They've covered everything that I've needed so far. They seem very personable.’
