Michala is highly experienced and skilled and you’re always receiving exceptional care and attention. The massages and facials are fantastic and I can’t compare to any other; you won’t find anyone better in Birmingham.

Michala is a skin expert. Fantastic knowledge of what works for different skin types. My skin has never looks better, I have been going to see her for years now. Very welcoming and her home is so warm and cosy. If you have acne prone skin please visit Michala she is amazing.

All my life I’ve been struggling with breakouts and painful spots (teenage, adult, hormonal). I have been using Mishenas services for years. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced beautician, I started going to hers for a deep tissue massage, which is incredible. Over the years she continued providing me with an extremely professional services and consulted me in skincare, she is an expect in this matter and I trust her expertise unconditionally.Apart from that, she is an incredibly warm and caring person who is genuinely interested in her customers.

Michala and her team are so knowledgable about my skin. I'm prone to have acne and an oily t-zone but since regular facials with Michala I've noticed I have next to no breakouts and my skin is brighter. She also recommends great skin products that don't cost the earth. Manicures and pedicures are fantastic and I can't wait to try some more treatments. Thoroughly recommend.
