Bought a pair of boots that were a little too big, so I sent them back for an exchange, for which I was then sent an invoice for an additional £6.50 postage. I already paid £6.50 postage, and then £4.50 to return the boots. So, thats £17.50 in postage costs if your boots don't fit. Bit too much for a £60 pair of boots. Terrible. I won't be returning.FU-Kit? FU-Q more like.

I bought a pair of german para boots super grade size 290. I did use the sizing chart provided, but I got a bit carried away leaving room for winter socks. I have exchanged the boots for a size 285 which I think is about a 10 1/2. In total I paid £21 in postage. It cost £10 to send them back in the post office and £7 on both deliveries from FU&kit. I probably could have found a cheaper method of returning them, but I was in a rush. Having said this I am a very satisfied customer. The error in sizing was my own as the chart provided is quite clear. The customer service provided could not have been better. On both deliveries they arrived the next day. Most importantly the boots are unbelievably value for money. Durable materials that are really well put together, and with a wide toe box to boot. Even with the extra costs of returns that are great value. I will be ordering another pair to stuff in the cupboard for the future asap. Can't recommend the product or the company highly enough.
