Thanks to her deep tissue massages, my overall posture has improved significantly, and she has also provided me with valuable stretching exercises to practice at home, ensuring I stay in better shape.

Halyna has reduced the tightness in muscles I didn’t even know I had with both the Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage. She explains which muscles need attention and has given me exercises to help keep the muscles supple. I have referred family members to her and can highly recommend her services.

Halyna has supported my body throughout the second and third trimester of my second pregnancy. Each session she has adapted to the changes in my body, advised me of the muscle groups needing attention and maintenance, taking interest in how I explain my body's condition and helping me to adjust my ante-natal exercise routines to ensure my body is kept healthy for pregnancy and ultimately birth itself. I am so grateful to have found her, I would not be as well in myself without her care.

Halyna was extremely knowledgable and took time to really explain why I was experiencing pain in my shoulder. She explained each step of the massage very thoroughly, explaining which muscle groups she was working and located other areas of my back and arm that I didn’t know had issues until she worked on them. She gave me some stretching exercises to try at home and reminded me my posture needs to be straighter when sitting to help avoid further issues. A lovely, bright spacious room located in Loughton leisure centre, so very easy to get to.I will certainly be back, thank you Halyna.
