More than dissapointed with the carpet and vinyl this company have fitted for me! The vinyl has been cut so carelessly and left over pieces have been used to fill in the gaps. There is a massive line running down the middle of my front room where they have used two separate peices of carpet. I can only assume they have used left overs from another job as my front room measures smaller than a standard sized peice of carpet. There were no carpet grippers fitted at the doors to keep the carpet down and heaps of rubbish left all over my property (I know carpet fitters leave there rubbish but not scattered all over the place they normally pile it up for you) when I contacted the company they told me there was nothing they could do unless I made the complaint within the first 7 days of the carpet being fitted even though I was trying to get in touch with them for weeks! This company is an absolute shambles and I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!Paid top money for stairs and landing carpet. Was very poor quality and fitted badly, door trims that were supposed to be replaced were not. The original trims were put back down badly, they were left poking up in the middle and could catch your toes under.I made numerous attempts to contact the 'complaints dept' No such thing. The salesman didn't want to know. Very bad service!!!

Very happy with this service. My flooring is lovely. Very friendly fitters. Instalments make it easier to pay. Getting prepared for having my stairs and landing done now! Would recommend!
