Gloss Hair Lounge
Had my hair done with Rachel and she was absolutely amazing. She was so lovely and made sure it was exactly how I wanted and checked throughout to make sure I was happy. So pleased with the result, highly recommend! (Lauren and Bonnie were also both lovely and helped out throughout!)

Absolutely incredible results! Really good work and very professional. Lauren and Michael are simply gems and one of few salons in Poole that will do afro hair.I cannot recommend highly enough. Use Gloss Hair lounge if you want award winning hair. If you do not consider these guys, then simply, you are losing out.Cannot recommend enough - thanks guys, you are the best, I will be back!

I have to say I don’t normally leave reviews however this shop is amazing I walk in feeling like a drowned rat and always leave the shop put back together ,every member of staff is over the top helpful ,they are lovely I’ve got to say if I owned a business I would want this team in my shop , Jo the manager just listens to every client and does what they want well done all of you

Always have a great experience with Jo who has been mine and my mums hair dresser since opening the salon a number of years ago. All the team are super friendly and incredibly well trained in their profession and customer service. Appointments always on time, quality of colouring is consistently great. Highly recommend.

Gloss hair lounge is a great, well valued and professional salon. I’ve always been happy every time I turn up, during and especially when I leave. You are always well looked after! Everyone is also so friendly and happy. My first appointment was with Jo who was so supportive to all my indecisive needs and made my hair look fresh and amazing! My last couple of appointments have been with Sophie who is also always happy, helpful, patient and supportive towards my indecisive and impulsive decisions. She is always excited and makes having my hair done fun. I have always left happy! Thank you Gloss Hair Lounge.

If you’re looking for a relaxed home away from home feel without compromising on the luxuries of a well rated salon, look no further. Not only do they consistently get my hair looking tip top but my last minute calls for hair help are always accepted and I get a glass of Prosecco to top it off. Just a lovely place to be, especially if you want good hair.
