I had the turkish bath experience today with Dina and it was such a fantastic treat! The facilities are excellent. II was not expecting to see such an amazing and calming space.Dina was an amazing therapist, she explained the process and really helped me relax and enjoy the entire session. I will definetely visit again!

this place is actually more inconvenient for me and they are quite busy which means you sometimes have to book in advance. all of which is totally WORTH IT. because their manicures and pedicures are sooooo long relaxing and the results last so long. the decor is just ok (there are way fancier places in the neighborhood) but the quality of service is really head and shoulders above the other local places. and the staff are very sweet as well. have come a few times and plan to come back!

For the past six months, I have visited Gisoo on a regular basis; it is a hidden gem. It offers all the services I required; I had a deep cleansing facial, which made my skin more even, silky, and glowing; the hair cut, which kept my fine hair looking trendy and had multiple layers; and Mona is so so so good. Dani, who happens to be my favourite, I introduced my family, and they are all huge fans of Gisoo. Don't forget that they have a fantastic Turkish spa. I had a wonderful inside-out detox as well as a traditional Turkish massage there. I love Gisoo because everyone there is very welcoming and professional, and I will keep visiting there.

The best haircut I have ever received! Truly incredible. Mena was a dream. She was communicative and listened to what I wanted and checked in repeatedly to ensure we were going in the correct direction. Completely blown away. The best salon I have ever been to. I didn’t feel rushed, I was offered a double shampoo, it was incredibly affordable. Could not recommend higher.

Went in for the hammam bath and was very nice. Ladies were very friendly and the atmosphere in the basement makes you feel like you're in another world. Steam room and the scrub itself was really enjoyable. Will definitely be returning as found the whole thing very relaxing. So relaxing that I fell asleep on the table and needed to be nudged awake

Such a lovely salon with a great atmosphere. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and they did not disappoint! Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and got me seated straight away. The nail tech was so sweet, she was very thorough and gentle when doing the manicure and applied the gel perfectly! They lasted for weeks without a single chip. I came back to get my eyebrows threaded for my holiday and I'm so so happy with them. Will be returning for sure, would definitely recommend.

I loved this salon and would always get my lash lifts done there. They have a loyalty card which clearly states 'Get 5 treatments - Recieve 1 FREE!'. When I had one circle left, the staff member said your next one is free. When I went the next time she said 'oh no it's not for any treatment, it's a free blow dry or nails, come in next time and we can do that for you'. After a couple of weeks I called to book a nail appointment and she said 'oh no we're not doing that anymore, it's 10% off your next treatment'. I cannot stand being lied to so sadly I won't be returning.
