Very friendly and professional service. Paul kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my car. Really happy with my car after the parts were fitted.

After hearing and seeing worrying reviews about Ford garages we wanted to look for somewhere that would correctly and professionally service and MOT our Mustang. Safe to say we have found a great place and will be returning to Performance28 in the future (also the showroom and cars there was just beautiful!)Thank you guys for looking after us so well. Called in yesterday with concerns of a faulty battery, Paul checked the battery condition and found it needing to be replaced, new one ordered straight away and fitted a day later. Customer service 2nd to none, top class company.

Serviced my car with Performance 28, I have found them to be very professional and trustworthy. They provided an honest and fair opinion of what needed to be done to the car and did a cracking job using genuine parts and products. Car was returned to me the same day - clean as a whistle. The team at Performance28 are truly second to none and I could not imagine a better service. Since finding the garage a few years ago, there is no where else I would want to go.My car, with 220k+ miles, appears out of place among the usual stock you see online, but the service provided by Paul and the team is no less remarkable. Their professionalism and mechanical knowledge and expertise - even on an older car - is extraordinary.With more than a few repairs on the last MOT, they did a thorough and complete service and diagnosed and fixed a significant judder caused by a tired gearbox mount. All done quickly and for the repairs and service received, at lower cost than you would expect.

After being told I had to pay around £715 pound by kwik fit I was very shocked as I had just had my MOT a month before with no advisories. I was recommended to go to performance28 and they did not disappoint. The place was immaculate and the staff were so accommodating and very welcoming. They gave me a great price and left my car gleaming inside and out at no extra cost, I will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic experience, such lovely guys, I was so impressed with how beautiful and clean the service centre is. I normally would use my regular service centre but got a price from performance 28 and could not believe how reasonable they are. Not only did I save money with them but such an excetional level of expertise. I will be definitely be recomending them to everyone I meet.Thank you so much!

Where do I start ! First time with them Had my car in for a Service +MOT Fantastic service all round, Paul is really friendly and so are all the lads there. Made me feel very comfortable.
