Paid a quick visit to this store to get some type of trolley for moving stuff from the car into my home having checked them out online.Unfortunately,it turned out that none are available in store,but you can order them online.Anyway, decided to have a look around and bought a lovely steampunk type lamp and vintage bulb (looks very nice and matches with some other stuff, so this is going to be my theme for decorating).Lots of people in the place, so it's obviously popular.There seems to be plenty of choice from Christmas stuff to kitchen and bathroom ideas,as well as hardware and tools.They also stock work wear, including safety boots etc.Will definitely be going back for a more thorough visit.Would not hesitate to recommend a trip to this place.

Once again - member of staff was hugely helpful. Forgive me for not knowing his name.I'm good at digging holes and donkey work, but I loath and despise the DIY stuff as I'm not built that way. I know exactly the tool I want and that I'm certain should exist, but being useless I don't really have any idea.The chap there tonight listened to what I was trying to explain and pointed me to exactly where I needed to be, with a choice of options for exactly the job I needed to do. Massive thanks to the Nameless Knight of B&Q!

Excellent store layout, Easy parking, online stock and locations were accurate and store assistant Tom did a great job of cutting up some white board for a project, saving me lots of time.

Seems to be huge but has little choice. Only a couple of toilet seats are not quick release or soft close and colour choices are very limited. Why are the few toilet pans on display stacked on top of each other? No one can check the top ones out and staff apparently have to apologise to potential customers several times a day and explain they cannot get some ladders or steps.Very poor.

Got everything I needed for the maintenance of my Pilates Studio. Massive free car park with a burger van which seems very popular - there was a queue. There’s also a WeBuyAnyCar portacabin. Huge DiY store with outdoor section for plants/sheds/slabs/fences etc. Sales lady was very helpful in locating items we couldn’t find. Indoor plants as well as heavy tools eg cement mixer for hire inside

Didn't have everything I wanted but then I should have checked on the online store checker. But was shocked when only had a few hot air guns on the shelf, 3 brands. Not much selection. But normally I get everything I need, I did get a hot air gun just not the one I wanted. Prices good, lots to look at from building to garden and everything else in between.
