Eden Hot Yoga Wolverhampton

Having such an amazing studio down the road from work is amazing, I feel I can't make excuses to not go when its this close. The studio is amazing and the teachers are incredible. On a cold winters night all you want to do is curl up on the sofa, the energy these guys put into every class makes you want to go there instead, plus doing it all in a nice heated room doesn't hurt :o)

Awesome studio for hot yoga one of the best in the region, fantistic staff and with a great vibe. You won’t regret it.

Thought this place was different to the rest and have loved coming here but to find they are stopping a class I've been attending for the last few months is upsetting.Granted the numbers havent been high but what do you expect if every other class is the one mentioned when you make enquires. Inyengar has changed my life for the better along with many of my class members, but obviously isn't one viewed as worth saving or promoting in favour of more trendy hot yoga classes.

I agree with the other reviews that Eden Hot is a hidden gem. Very friendly, clean, professional and most importantly relaxed and welcoming. Some great tips from just one visit and stiff joints and muscles disappeared after giving this a go. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic Yoga studio. I have been looking for somewhere to practice in Wolverhampton for some time now. I did a drop in and was then offered to upgrade to an intro pass for only £15 for unlimited Yoga - Happy days. Thanks Eden

I have never done yoga before in my life, I was convinced by a couple of work colleagues to attend Eden Hot Yoga in Wolverhampton. I have just finished my introductory 10 day offer and in that time I attended 5 different sessions. I have absolutely loved every minute of it, as the place is clean with a very nice and relaxed environment and the teachers are friendly and very supportive.I can’t wait for my next yoga session, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to give Hot Yoga a try.

This is a great place to do yoga, very relaxing, welcoming and the teachers are amazing. Really supportive classes and very friendly. Great facilities and the studios are some of the best I’ve practised in. Well worth a visit, you’ll be hooked!

A friend recommended that I do hot yoga to assist with my sciatica and lower back problems which was not easing no matter what treatments I had or massages. My friend told me that you can become addicted to yoga and once I joined I realised what she meant. I love going to the yoga classes and will even do two classes at a time. The staff are so friendly and helpful even when I cant do some of the positions, they advise and support you.Doing hot yoga has changed my life, I don't suffer from my difficulties and I not as stressed as I was before. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Eden Hot Yoga Wolverhampton is a hidden gem. Tucked away behind the Pavilions on the Stafford Road. Everywhere is spotless. You even leave your shoes downstairs and walk in bare foot. The reception looks really stylish and you are always greeted by a friendly smiling face. Booking classes is easy with the Mind Body app and any emailed queries are always answered promptly. The studio is my favourite place in the world. I walk in, lie down and instantly relax. There are a variety of different classes to suit and all of them are available to beginners right up to the more advanced. I love the mix of teachers and I'm never disappointed when we have a cover teacher. I love experiencing the different styles of teaching that they bring. Overall I can't recommend it enough. If you live in Wolves and want to practise yoga make your way here ❤️

I love going to yoga...it's helping me to stay calm....but also shaping my body... I was worried about being able to do hot yoga but it's brilliant. Would highly recommend it.
