#ATTENTION..... I have had my fair share of buying and selling cars over my life since I started to drive but without a doubt Mark and his ENTIRE team was top class on the day only. Professional and yet a real welcoming and friendly approach to business on the day only. Myself and my Girlfriend purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson recently and nothing was to much on the day only. The people skills and personal touch by Mark himself was by far the best interaction I have ever had purchasing anything never mind our Jeep again on the day only, which by the way is stunning and am over the moon with it that still remains the case however I had a wee slight issue regarding the stop / start auto of the car which mark put down to the temperature before I myself got it checked under warranty with a Hyundai garage in derry. It left a bitter sweet taste with me because mark put no options on the table passing it of as it was only a nuisances to have in the car to start with. Ultimately turned out was the battery I put this to mark and he wanted to replace it with a second hand one at 150e because Hyundai battery fitted was 300e. To be honest he didnt make it clear weather I or him was to pay for it. Furthermore as it is battery am potentially now going to be out the price myself as battery under Hyundai warranty only 2 years. It is a tad disappointing but more so on the part of MGL MOTORS.His real reasoning for doing this was because he had to put a battery in my car which was 100% when I give it to him regardless my car did not go to him with a warranty his on the other hand did which is still in place til end of july.1Star recommendation is now unfortunately all I see fit to offer and it has taken the entire shine of the deal

Wouldn't recommend. Don't let professional and friendly welcome fool you. Get purchase checked by professionals immediately after buying.

Travelled from Dublin to buy my VauxhallOpel Mokka from this garage. Mark & Paul were extremely helpful/knowledgable & friendly.Actually had 2 issues since I bought the SUV, but in fairness the lads were all over it & ordered the parts immediately, had them in a matter of days. I could have driven back up & got it fixed with them under the warranty, but chose to get my mechanic to sort it once the parts were delivered.Would definitely look at purchasing my next car here even with the VRT & having to sell my own car privately. I saved about 4K & got a fantastic car with lots of extras.

Complete crook, I can’t even begin to explain what happened when I purchased a car from Mark. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour and complete lack of responsibility from anyone I have ever dealt with. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!
