They did an end of tenancy clean for me, it was done to a very high standard and was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Been using Penney's for several years now at work for our office clean and we have been happy from day one. I like the fact we have the same cleaner each time and the communication is very good from management their end. I also like the fact they are a family run business.

These guys did a fantastic job on my end of tenancy clean,they came in on short notice, and were extremely pleasant and polite. Will be using them again.

When I came in the house smelt amazing. The clean quality was excellent, as was the communication and understanding of expectations set and agreed in advance. The cleaner was timely and efficient, and the job has made me so happy, I now feel I have a space I can relax in again, all ready for the new baby.

As student In England I was worried about losing the money I paid for deposit on my room I rented. I called Penneys and they did an brilliant job in short notice and I got all my deposit back. Great company and nice friendly cleaners.

AVIOID! BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES. Was told a full tenancy clean included everything the letting agent required. Accidently doubled booked one part of it. When I questioned this with the managing director I was subject to unbelievably rude and unprofessional behaviour in communication. He refused to discuss my genuine query, only repeating that he will take me to the small claims court if didn’t pay. AVOID!

Unfortunately, I'm here to write a negative public review, after a terrible experience with Penney's -- overpriced, not thorough enough with the cleaning, uncommunicative, and just unprofessional. I hired them for move-out cleaning of my furnished flat, and they removed 11(!) items from the flat -- all small furnishings or accessories, but all things that were on the letting agency's inventory (like a step stool, a rubbish pedal bin, a kitchen trivet, an ice cube tray, a bucket of cleaning supplies, extra curtain hooks -- small but useful things). The follow-up included no genuine apology and absolutely no explanation for how the items got taken (and then mysteriously returned -- did someone take them for personal use?!) -- or why some very similar items were not touched -- and no discount for the time and hassle of it all. Beyond this snafu, the cleaning was not thorough -- the letting agency had to ask them to return a second time to clean several fixtures, surfaces, and corners of the carpet. My phone calls to Penney's were never returned, and the email responses did not answer all of my questions. I am forced to write this public review to warn anyone who is looking for cleaning services in Oxfordshire to go elsewhere!

We use this company to clean our office in Eynsham, we have used them for a year and have never had any problems yet. The best cleaners in Oxford
