We've enjoyed their lip balm previously. I just ordered some more and the process feels super-scammy. Having placed the order I was then offered 10% off if I ordered more. I rejected that, so it then offered 20% off. When I got to the confirmation page, pop-ups repeated that cycle. I've now got an email about a subscription in my inbox. Needless to say this is the last time I'll be ordering from them.

I used to really enjoy their products but then when I ordered recently the product was not a full bottle. Not sure what happened. They said they would replace it but each time I followed up on the replacement, I received no response. This is very poor customer service.

I bought the Ultra Anti ageing moisturising CREAM and symmetry ani ageing CREAM. Neither are creams. They are both balms. Surely a breach of fairtrading and definitely against the trade description act. I have contacted the firm twice about this but have been unable to get a response. Someone named Rosie just send a text to say she has forwarded my email to relevant department but then nothing. The product is greasy and frankly not fit for use. I doubt this is a legitimate company. Do NOT buy anything from them.

I love their products. Yes, they are tacky on the skin for a few minutes, but they do absorb and work very well on my extremely dry skin. You need to work with the hand cream bar to warm it up. But it can be used all over. I like that from it.

I am unable to give a high score due to the reason that my previously clearly multiple times communicated request regarding shipping address has not reached their minds and they made the mistake (regarding shipping address) that I contacted them separately several times in order to prevent. Therefore, I can conclude they make preventable mistakes. And their customer support team is not very supportive, or should I say non existent because they ignored my messages that were sent to their working email (their support@ ..." email returned a message via mailer daemon saying that such email does not exist

Solid hand cream balm smells great and is moisturizing. Smells of cocoa butter. Can be a little oily so it's good for very dry weather.

In passing I walked into there Edinburgh shop and tried the body lotion on my hands. I left without purchasing because it seemed a bit greasy at first, however, it absorbed quickly and my hands stayed amazingly soft the remainder of the day with only one application. I made a special trip back the next day and purchased the day face cream and lavender body cream. Although a bit greasy when first applied it soaks in quickly leaving your skin super soft throughout the day. Great lotions!

Hello, my review is not about the products that the company offers, but about their work in the workshop in Prestonpans. I worked for the company for two weeks and a bit. The work is not hard, except that you are a bit of a porter because there are no men, only women, and we lift heavy boxes of 20 kg each For two weeks, I prayed that you would give me a contract, but I never received any promises every day. Subsequently, I found out from my colleagues that many people were not given contracts, and some did not have them for years. It so happened that within these two weeks I was late a total of three times but not through my fault but because of the irregular buses here which everyone knows. The delays were in the order of 20 min, 10 min and finally five. Five minutes for which at the end of my long working day of almost nine hours they said I was fired because of those five minutes. I was slightly shocked. No attitude from the employers. Before me, they fired a woman who worked for the company for three years, a good worker. they don't exist. Yes, the products, let me tell you, are not made properly, they mix old products that melt and mix with the new ingredients, after which the luxury hand creams in question did not look very good, but nevertheless we packaged them for sale. If you are looking for a job My personal advice from what I've seen is don't screw yourself up, you'll regret it. Have a nice day!!

I think some of the negative reviews of the hand lotion bars are unfair. Mine is a decent size and will clearly last ages. The smell is lovely. Quite deep and grown up - perhaps not for everyone but I really like it. I understand why people might say it’s greasy but it’s clearly not going to sit on the skin like hand cream. It rubs in well and does the job for dry skin. Might be best used overnight to do its job.
