We’d left my wedding ring to sort at the last possible minute with 4 weeks to go til the big day. Not only that, I was looking for a custom band to fit with my engagement ring. We popped in to see Ralph and see what he could do within that timescale and came away feeling confident the job was in good hands. Ralph went above and beyond, communicating throughout and had my custom ring ready for me, even hallmarked which seemed impossible, in 2 weeks from that visit and 2 weeks to go til the big day. Super happy with the job he did, it fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

I have used Ralph for many years to alter 2 rings to make into pendants I have also recommended him to many people. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Ralph is a legend... the review would stop there really but please understand that customer service and craftsmanship like this is a rare thing these days. I have used Ralph for years and sent others to him. Most recently he re-sized a ring that I thought could not be done due to a pattern on the outside. But 30 mins later it fits like a glove. Could not recommend highly enough.

Ralph resized my engagement ring back in October and it was ready within a day. Amazing service and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. I found RMS through recommendations on Facebook and will definitely use him in future. Ralph, if you ever give up being a jeweler.. take up comedy!! You had us both belly laughing during our appointment!! Hopefully I won't need you to resize an engagement ring in future but if I do Ill give you a call haha!!"

RMS has been here for many many years...Well over 30! Ralph, the owner, is a great guy who can't do enough for you whether you're going in for something small or something a little more exotic it doesn't matter as he treats you great regardless.He specializes in bespoke jewellery and repairs but does stock a few pieces which he has made. His turn around time is very quick and his prices are very reasonable.If you're in the market for some jewellery then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little jewellers in bury to anyone.

My engagement ring needed resetting as the stones were loose and the claws weak. The band had become thin and need building up. A great was done and I was delighted with the job done!
