Quiet place, varied thematic shops, beautiful scenery.

Went in to get my free L'Occitane 30ml hand cream as an NHS worker, to be told that they are a franchise store and are not participating in this offer.Okay no problem, but then when explaining that I had popped in enthusiastically as the NHS has not always had many perks, I was met with 'well you get paid when your off sick'....Again, fair point, but maybe the customer service could be improved. If NHS Staff are being met with this kind of response, it's kind of going against the whole point of these initiatives.
