We contacted The Copier Guys yesterday (04/04/23) and explained that we had an urgent issue with our photocopier and it needed sorting ASAP due to it causing major backlog in our office. Tom arrived at our office this morning (05/04/23)and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. We would highly recommend The Copier Guys.

Avoid like the plague!! Arranged for Tom to visit me and look at my printer and has never turned up. He has now blocked my phone number and will not respond to my text messages!!

Don't waste your time with this company, they'll never turn up! We had an appointment booked through email (which we received confirmation on) on 21/09, no one turned up and we tried phoning for 4 days straight and not a single person answered the phone. I think they need to remove 'reliable' off their website. We decided to go somewhere else who were much better.
