I ordered flowers from another shop for a funeral and they didn't turn up so the lovely lady from Miss Ann helped me out. She did me a lovely spray of flowers which everyone commented on. Can't thank them enough for the help in a different occasion. Highly recommend.

Don’t order! I decided to order locally from this place, placed the order over the phone for a birthday bouquet and when it was picked up was a great disappointment. I was charged £25 and this is what was in the bouquet: 5 open carnations , 4 bunches stems of chrysanthemums and 4 bunches of closed carnation.Alarm bells should have rang when I ordered as I asked what was going into the bouquet and the lady said ‘whatever was left over after the orders’When I rang to complain I was told that was all you got at the moment and prices had gone up. Absolute rubbish and nonsense, on the contrary what you get for £5 at Tesco’s put this florist to shame, not to mention what £25 could get you!There was no apology no discount nothing! Excellent customer service.Do read all the reviews and best advice go to your local Supermarket you’ll find better value for money and a decent selection.Please look at the pictures- the bouquet I’m talking about is in the orange cellophane wrap!

We have always had flowers from here they are the freshest smelling flowers I have ever had beautifull bouquet always very prettyily made up recent one was week and half ago still got them absolutely beautifull well worth the money ordered them at 9.30 in the shop got delivered in the afternoon we wouldn't go anywhere else staff are always welcoming and friendly lovely flower shop.

The team here did a wonderful job for my Mom Christina's funeral flowers. We visited twice, they were patient and helpful on both occasions. Very pleased, thank you.

Ordered and paid for a large heart funeral wreath at £71.60 a wk before the funeral. Upon collection the night before funeral i was presented with the 2 sashs all wonky but the worst was the lettering different letters in 2 tottally different shades of gold which looked ridiculous and was told thats all we have and couldnt see what the problem was and just laughed and said they had never heard that before no apology nothing. Was told i could have my money back the night before the funeral. What sick people i have never known customer service like it. I had to rush to merry hill hobbey craft and get some lettering myself and re do it all which ended up looking a 100 times better than what they gave me. Please if you want your funeral wreath made perfect because its important to yo DO NOT go here you will be very dissapointed with item and attitude.
