Fantastic help from the two lovely ladies running the shop - when I popped in with a leash issue on a new board I had bought elsewhere. They spent half an hour resolving the problem - and even called out the owner of the shop, who was at home , to ensure everything had been done properly. I couldn't thank them all enough for putting themselves out, for no charge , which enabled me to have a great afternoon on the new board. Great people , great service !!

Went in yesterday to find a west suit suitable for surfing . Within 20 mins I had bought something I wouldn’t have even considered as the knowledgeable sales person knew her stuff . It was a pleasure to buy a locally made wetsuit ( made in Cornwall) and having used it today / it’s fantastic . So warm , comfortable and flexible . A joy in the cool water . This is a small business who care about where their stock is made and it’s great value too . Please support them .

Excellent customer service - myself and a mate came in a couple of minutes after the store was supposed to close without realising to which the male clerk was happy to help. Ended up buying a shirt with help and hospitality from the clerk who probably ended up closing about 15 minutes late but didn't seem to mind - 10/10 would recommend!!

Best surf hire in Newquay. Prices best and service is great. The chap working there is super fair and really helpful.We rented a board late in the afternoon and because most hires ask for boards to be returned before shop closes at 5pm. He let us keep the board until 10am the next day so that we could surf all evening!. You've earned yourself a returning customer.Thank you!

I hired a foam surfboard for a day when visiting on holidays! Had great fun and staff in store were very accomodating and caring! Lovely little shop would recommend for rentals for Fistral beach just down the road! Thanks

Superb! I rented two different boards from here on consecutive days, a softie then a hard board for the first time. Friendly service throughout, if renting a board in Newquay again I would head here everytime, recommend!

Friendly shop, great selection of good quality gear and no pressure to sell you anything either. Bought a wetsuit recently, which fitted really well and just popped back to buy some gloves too. Thank you for your great advice, wife is very happy with them :)
