I did the Carrier Genetic Test (CGT) with this company and I can confirm the service is super smooth, professional and personalised. The customer service is excellent (thanks, Gabby). I was a bit worried about the service when I could not find any review of it. Maybe it's not a consumer-oriented company. But customer service is super helpful and provides swift replies. I mentioned personalised" because they did listen to your request and made a series of adjustments to the process.
