We were buyers and were highly impressed by the Dan & Mandy who acted for the sellers. Dan kept the patience due to to the delays by the lenders and solicitors .He was regularly chasing in both sides solicitors, responding promptly to queries and issues, in a calm, friendly and professional manner. Don’t worry Dan sounds rude but he is lovely. Space residential team really did it well and would highly recommend! Grateful beyond words. Thank you

Dan and Mandy were very helpful during what felt like a rather prolonged sale that was fraught with obstacles. I found them very easy to communicate with and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. I found Dan's openness about the process very useful, especially when the delays set in. Occasionally there was some frustration at both ends and Mandy's calm manner was very helpful in defusing such situations.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a personalised service and will not hesitate to use them again if the occasion did arise.
