Visited spa in December 2022 with husband and son a uni student. Had to use up vouchers before they expired. Had great service from reception Lisa ? when booking as spa vouchers seemed to complicate booking process. Got there in the end.Had 2 treatments each , used pool and jacuzzi. My husbands therapist Jane did a fantastic job on his knee which has been painful for years. He was pain free for at least 6 weeks and hasn't stopped singing her praises. Thank you for great service. I saw Jane in corridor of hotel and we had a quick chat. We will be back.

I had a fantastic experience with them! Everyone is so friendly and lovely. The facilities are great and have good varieties. I had shoulder pain for a while now and the massage with them really helped me! Highly recommend!

I had a deep tissue massage by Rachel. One of the best massages I have had, the massages here are unmatched. I was left feeling very relaxed and sleepy! Great ambience in the massage room and a great service.

I had a wax with Chloe and pregnancy massage with Michelle and it was such an amazing experience. Wax was very quick and painless and the pregnancy massage was so much needed, felt really great afterwards. Can’t wait to book again soon
