Premier Noss on Dart Marina and Boatyard

Outstanding facilities. Although not finished and still under construction, the showers etc are in use and extremely well planned.

Passed this on the Dartmouth Railway and also on the River Dart paddle Steamer trip in the inclusive package.Beautiful day out.

A great marina with friendly and helpful staff. Some downsides from the current redevelopment, but issues are short term. It will be an impressive marina once complete.

Beautifully set on east bank of River Dart between soft rolling oak wooded hills. Pleasant walk up to Greenway and Dittisham and just a few minutes stroll and ferry ride to Dartmouth.

Great trip today

Whilst the luxury add-on bits are still in the construction phase, the bits that make it a marina are, so far, very good.

We were fortunate to visit recently, just a few days after the opening of the best facilities in any marina we’ve been to. The staff were all cheery and positive. A few teething issues with power supplies were ironed quickly.The setting is peaceful, with lovely views. We enjoyed it very much.Three cautionary notes:(1) there are no bars, restaurants or cafes on site - these are planned, but not open.(2) car parking for a visitor is a whopping £25 per night.(3) options for getting to Dartmouth are your own dinghy, the occasional ferry (weekends only), or a not-level walk via the Higher Ferry. The latter requires physical fitness.Bottom Line - good to see the investment, it’s a fine marina, but it’s not really finished yet.
