Fantastic service. I thought they only carried on 15 minutes after they closed (which is still really good), it was actually 30 minutes after they closedThey also booked me in the same day, got the parts and fitted them the same dayReally impressed with the service. The staff were great too and they did a free visual check of the car and offered helpful advice of work that would need doing before the next M.O.T., which is really handy, instead of worrying its going to fail closer to the timeWould recommend these guys to anyone

Great experience would use again. Helpful and friendly staff. Booked online and dropped my car off for 4 wheel alignment, picked it up later on, there is an issue with my car meaning the rear could not be done but the problem explained and a refund issued for the cost of the rear alignment. Would recommend and use again.

visited yesterday for 2 front tyres.Got some discount online and national came up cheapest in derby for what i was looking for.They were VERY busy (never a bad sign) But they got my car done in time no problem.Very happy with the tyres & service. Will be using again

I went to have an mot done there,I'm always nervous of going to new places as I've had a few bad experiences with other garages,,but these guys were lovely,,my car failed it's mot so they gave me a quote to fix it,and it was a really good price ,but later when I went to pick it up they told me the parts were still covered under warranty from when I had it fixed last year,so I didn't get charged for the new parts. I was so grateful that they told me this, I'll definitely go back there again

Needed two tyres on a Mondeo, don't do the milage to warrant 'premium' tyres so had a look online.National were the best balance of price and quality by a long shot.Booked a time slot and payed online; although it gave me the option for mobile fitting (seems to depend on location) which is a great option.Both tyres were fitted in 15 minutes, yes there were two guys doing it but even so, that's fast.Everyone was polite, friendly and professional, excellent service, highly recommended.Extra points for putting the locking wheel nut key back in the right place, so many places just leave it on the seat or in the glovebox.

I paid for 2 runflat tyres with tyre insurance and then unfortunately got a puncture. Took to the Burton branch assuming that I would have a new tyre fitted but to my disbelief they actually just plugged it …. My understanding is that a runflat tyre cannot be repaired because it compromises the wall of the tyre. I telephoned the Derby and Coalville branches to ask if this is their policy to repair and got told no! I’ve contacted the head office just over a week ago now to ask the same question and I’m still awaiting a response ….. will never return feel like I’ve been taken advantage of!! Buyer beware!!

I normally use Halfords for my MOT tests (3 cars) as they have never used the test to generate work for themselves. They just test the car and are happy to give a quote for any work or let you have it done elsewhere. This was my first visit here as my normal branch was booked up for a week. Very friendly service and some useful feedback from the mechanic who carried out the test. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch :)

Recently had to take my car in for MOT. It failed with a few big issues. Tony and the team were super helpful and patient in helping me get the problems fixed at an affordable price and time for me. It included a full break overhaul and Tony made sure to book me in and get my brakes rechecked after a few hundred miles to make sure they were working correctly. Worst luck for me, I then had a tyre issue a few weeks after!! A quick call to Tony and they were able to fit me in for a tyre change all within the hour. I have had nothing but Super customer service from Tony and all team members. Thanks guys
