The 1 start review is more than a bit disingenuous. My experience of using this company has been nothing but exemplary. A number of years ago we needed a new sound system at our church and we contacted this company for help and guidance. They were firstly reliable, in other words they turned up for the meeting when they said they would. We explained our needs and they gave us guidance on what to look for. They then put together a portfolio, for want of a better word, listing all of our options. Once we had decided what we wanted they obtained the equipment, fitted it and trained us how to use it. Oh, and they have, over the years, provided us back-up when needed. We were so impressed with the company that last year, 2021, we decided, as a church, that we wanted to Livestream our Sunday services so knowing nothing of how to go about this, we contacted the company again and sure enough, they turned up at the appointed time and just like our original experience with them, went through what was required and ultimately fitted us with a great system that many folk have commented positively on. Also due to our positive experiences, other churches have been in touch to find out about who we used so that they could utilise the same company in order to undertake similar schemes. So I think either the 1 start reviewer has got mixed up or confused with a different company or else it was a malicious post designed to cause harm. Which is very sad because we have had excellent dealings with this company over many years and would happily recommend them to other groups needing their expertise.
