Don’t waste your time going here. I took my car in for repair and they didn’t inspect my car properly, they spent about 5 mins looking at it before coming up and charging me. Unsurprisingly they didn’t fix the problem and I’ve had to go elsewhere. I also have called 3 times now to get a refund and no one ever bothers calling back.

The service provided by the mechanics for fixing the timing chain on my BMW was exceptional. From start to finish, their expertise shone through. The people working here are unrespectful, unprofessional and they are breaking more than they fix.I've been to them with a broken tyre pressure sensor 3 weeks ago.Initially they were very friendly but not exact at all. They refused to give me a price for the repair and they started working on the car. When I insisted to find out the price, the manager told me that he can't tell me the price, it can be £200, £400 or £500 depending on how long it will take him.In the first day at the service they noticed that one of my bolt on the wheel is broken and they were unable to take it off. They drilled into the safety bolt without asking me for the key completely damaging it in the process. They replaced it with a nut. They ended up charging me £75 for that nut even tho they broke it in the first place.Once they removed the wheel they realised that the pressure sensor they bought doesn't fit my car. They sent me to buy my own sensor and come back to fit it the next day.3 days later, they installed my sensor charged me the extra £150 for everything and after I left the service I noticed that the sensor was not reading.After returning to the service, they struggled to fix it but failed and they ended up erasing the data from all the sensors.After a week of going daily to them, spending more then 4 hours in the cold every day to fix one sensor I ended up with non of them working and an angry manager who doesn't want to refund my money. This is outrageous.Because of their mistakes I need to go to a different service and fix all of my sensors now. Other services quoted me with £400 or more to fix their mistakes.STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
