Being someone who suffers from anxiety and depression and having suffered from hair loss since my late teens (which I attempted to cover up with cheap wigs / extensions) I finally mustered the courage to look for a better solution… I initially chose Pro Hair Extensions as the website specifically mentioned specialising in extensions for hair loss… from the moment I stepped into the salon, Diane made me feel at ease. Very professional and friendly; she took her time to talk through all my options with no obligation to buy - just support and advice.I decided to go for it… throughout the fitting of my extensions, Diane was brilliant, creating a calm atmosphere for me. My self esteem had hit rock bottom; I can’t even begin to explain how much confidence my ‘new hair’ has given me! I’ve had so many positive comments on my hair… it looks like the real thing - you can’t tell (and I’ve seen / had my fair share of dodgy extensions/ wigs in the past)I would definitely recommend and will certainly be back for my upkeep and refit. Honestly so made up with my extensions and jaw filler. Diane coloured my hair before the extensions which is a gorgeous colour and the extensions are such good quality. Made me feel so calm during the filler as well. Would recommend to anyone 100%

Diane provided me with the right hair extensions for my hair. I had lost my hair through illness and medication, the extensions made me look and feel amazing and my confidence was back. Diane is very professional and knows everything there is to know about extensions. We recently changed my hair colour and it looks amazing. I cannot fault her work in anyway, she is professional and makes me feel and look fabulous. Diane changed my life when she did my hair bringing back the confidence I once had lost through loosing my hair .
