Horrible company the people and staff are fine would have given 0

Application # 3498249I lost a potential job because of this incompetent company.And all I needed was a DBS check. Time and again they kept rejecting my proof of address documents citing that it didn't have an issue date when it's clearly mentioned at the top of the document. I literally sent them my BRP letter I got from the home office posted to my address and they rejected it. And the worst part is for the past two months I have been emailing them to at least tell me what the issue was and they are so shameless that they cometely ignored it. I am just a recently graduated international student, and a job like this is precious to me. These people have no heart whatsoever.

A company with average credibility.I have never received a reply to the e-mails sent regarding my points account.Everything is paid on time, no arrears and the results are falling.Spoofing on a paid subscription to increase your creditworthiness.

Experian's computer crashed when trying to work on my credit. The phone number given after the crash goes to an AI that can't help and eventually hangs up on me if I say representative" enough times. Experian please help me get a human to fix my problem.Update - four months later and I have not heard back from anyone at Experian. Experian please help - I need to be able to unfreeze my credit."

Customer service does not help to solve problems at all and always the call is hung up by themselves

If I can give zero stars that would be it for making this review, I had to reluctantly use Experian over the years and so shocking how consistently they mess up simple requests and errors on my account, raising disputes which I didn't request and appalling customer service very cowboyish , I lack confidence in dealing with them again they create more problems and headaches that resolutionBest to use keep it simple as possible and don't deal direct with their customer service, unless you like merry go roundsBe warned

Absolutely awful experience with Experian! They have updated my information incorrectly with a late payment that simply doesn't exist and showing that I owe money where I dont. I really don't understand how this company is legal and so incompetent considering they have so much financial influence. The other credit agencies have the information correctly displayed and equifax are putting my mortgage application at risk with this stunt. On top of this, the agents don't seem to fully understand the magnitude of the situation or what I'm saying. AVOID this company as much as you can!

Obviously don’t have a clue, the data they hold on me is completely incorrect. And you would think that a company like Experian wouldn’t fail in so many areas. Not only that, they’re an analogue company living in a digital age. Any other company can provide a credit report in minutes whereas Experian use forms and post and takes seven days

They have been ok with me, but it’s the lenders that are holding them back from correcting errors. They are slow and if you need something changed quickly, forget it as with all credit referencing agencies they are not in a hurry. The longer they drag a dispute the more money they make from you. Best is for everyone to contact the governing body/ FCA?

Horrible company. My score in different platforms such clear score is excellent but in this platform is below 500 points. I tried to communicate with them no luck , i paid subscription fees to know in which base my score is like that as i am high rank salary since 5 years . Really disappointed. Seem this companies ( all of them ) money by subscription .Uk need to change this system , really unfair that all banks dealing with this kind of companies !! They simply will screw you.
