I highly recommend Waters Edge for beauty treatments. I have my eyebrows shaped, waxed and tinted regularly and I won’t go anywhere else. The girls are lovely, warm, professional and talented at what they do. They’ve recently moved to new premises and it’s such a calm and tranquil environment, I enjoy my time there to simply relax.

Like I always do with any massage, I ask for a super-relaxing, gentle massage, as I don't like the discomfort when the therapist wants to work out any knots or tension they find. Emma was one of the few who actually listened and delivered a super-relaxing, gentle experience. I think I may even have nodded off! The relaxing space, easy parking and a heated massage couch just rounded off the whole thing! Thank you, I will be back.

This is a great, professionally run spa with a variety of treatments. I had several services there including brow wax/tint, massage, and facial. Everything was thoughtfully done and the team were very knowledgeable. Clean rooms and high quality products. I’d recommend them highly if you’re in Hayle and need some pampering.Note they have a booking system that is great for one spot but tough to book multiples so just give them a call if you’re having trouble.

This is a brilliant retreat. I have had massage treatments/ packages, manicures, brows and a facial. Always very friendly and professional and an excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.

Emma gave me a fantastic neck and shoulder massage. She sorted out all the knots and it was a very relaxing treatment in her lovely new studio. I have been in a wheelchair for three years now and haven’t been able to access such a lot of places. Emma and Naomi have created a wonderful accessible environment. Plenty of room to turn my wheelchair around after gaining access via the threshold ramp provided. The treatment couch is adjustable to the correct height for me to easily transfer. They were both so supportive, kind and caring. I think it is fair to say, that having had three different treatments in two weeks that I have found the ideal retreat.

I visited the Water's Edge Retreat last October to have my first ever dermal fillers treatment. The results were brilliant and they are still lasting, I will definitely be returning when I next need it. Rachel was very friendly and professional and the retreat itself has a lovely relaxing feel to it.

Amazingly relaxing treatment! I had the Alchemy treatment here while I was on holiday and it was amazing. This place is a little haven of tranquility and Emma was just lovely. I will definitely be back next year.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Excellent variety of treatments available. I have been a couple of times to have my nails done and also my eye brows and I've been very pleased with the results. I will continue to use Water's Edge Retreat for any beauty treatments.
