We had a complete kitchen rip out and redesign done by Kensington Scott. From the initial design all the way through to completion they were professional and responsive to questions we had about the project. We even had a few changes we asked for as we went through the project which they happily accommodated. We now have a lovely new kitchen which we are very happy with and I would use Kensington Scott again.

We recently had our kitchen replaced by Kensington Scott and could not be more delighted with the final product. We are also so impressed at how well the whole process was managed all the way through and the entire experience was much less stressful and disruptive than we had imagined. Everybody that was involved in the process was so professional and approachable and I felt we all worked very well together.Although I had some ideas of my own, the design team led by Jamie had some amazing design ideas and advice. The design incorporated so many excellent features and the whole team really showed so much attention to detail. Mark had some brilliant ideas and helped guide me through the entire process. The fitters were excellent and everything was finished to a very high standard. The actual Kitchen furniture from Mereway is really beautiful and very high quality.All the other tradesmen were all excellent and made the process as good as possible. Mark who was coordinating all the different trades arranged everything so well and there were no delays or issues at all. There were quite a few specialist tradesmen that were required so it was quite a juggle to ensure everything was done in the right order and without delays. The whole thingwent to plan and we are so incredibly happy with the results. We would definitely highly recommend Kensington Scott as they did make the entire process enjoyable and we could not have wished for a better experience.

A family run business which treats it’s customers as extended family.One of the most professional companies I have come across. Right from the start Jamie helped us design the new kitchen and with Mark’s experience we were able to fine tune the minor details. Claire and Alex were fantastic in overseeing the entire project giving us regular feedback throughout the whole schedule.As the whole fitting team is in-house, the delivery of the whole project worked like a dream for us. When things did shift a bit, the teams could work around each other to ensure timely delivery.We absolutely love our new kitchen and the quality of the units is fantastic. Everything was packaged really well, we did have 2 units that had slight defects but these were replaced without any hassle promptly. I would highly recommend Kensington Scott Interiors to anyone who is looking for a good quality kitchen.

We had a very positive experience with Kensington Scott from start to finish. A lot of care and attention was given at the start of the project to ensure we were happy with the chosen design and the designers were able to make a number of helpful suggestions for both layout and colour schemes. The new kitchen was part of a full house refurbishment. We were given a lot of technical support during the project to ensure that the plumbers, electricians and plasterers knew exactly how to first fix for the kitchen installation. We worked with Kensington Scott for over a year to create our absolute dream kitchen (as part of our ground floor extension & full house renovation) and I cannot fault the team - from the numerous meetings with Jamie working on the initial designs, playing around with cabinetry colour choices with Claire, Mark’s expert advice, and Iain the lovely and very skilled kitchen fitter - it’s been an effortlessly smooth process from start to finish! Every little practical & aesthetic detail was covered, communication was great and, as a family run business, you really receive a personal VIP service throughout. We now have a beautifully handcrafted, showstopping, bespoke kitchen with all the latest tech that looks & fits exactly as I envisaged, and we couldn’t be happier! We used Kensington Scott for a complete kitchen remodel and installation. The work included removing walls, structural work, underfloor heating, plumbing, electrical work, new floor, new staircase, new kitchen and decorating. You name it, we had it done! All of the Tradesmen were lovely, very well mannered , helpful and tidy. The completed kitchen was exactly what I envisaged and we are extremely happy with it. I would recommend popping into Kensington Scott in Tonbridge if you are thinking of just replacing an old kitchen or if it is part of a bigger project. They can manage it all and take that stress away.

We started our kitchen refit with a major high street kitchen supplier, but when we found that we were being pushed to accept what they wanted to supply rather than what we wanted, an acquaintance recommended that we looked at what Kensington Scott could do for us.From the moment we walked through the door we were impressed by the way the entire design, supply and installation process was presented, and from the initial site visit by Mark, his suggestions included layouts and use of space we had not previously considered. Jamie helped interpret our thoughts and changes into drawings, while it was very useful to have Claire’s input to confirm our choice of coordinating the doors, worktops and flooring.The installation was carried out by their own team and we were kept informed of who would be on site on which days. All the team were courteous and efficient, and the few problems that arose were quickly resolved.Unfortunately, the project completion slipped due to supply issues with the combination oven and although a contingency plan was in place, everything was completed by early December, in time for Christmas.Kensington Scott managed the entire project and we are delighted with our new kitchen.

Kensington Scott Interiors designed and installed our dream kitchen. They helped us achieve what we wanted in a space that seemed quite tricky to start off. Nothing was too big or complicated for them and the whole team participated with utmost care and understanding in delivering a high quality kitchen. I went to Kensington Scott for 5 new Neff appliances, Quooker Combi & taps and sinks etc. (Approx. £15k) to be fitted in an existing kitchen. Their fitters were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job. BUT Mark was always ‘away on holiday’ when I needed to discuss options. The office staff, whilst being very nice, were unable to help and messages were not always delivered correctly. Luckily I knew roughly what I wanted and eventually had to make my own decisions. The dates for fitting were confirmed by email BUT only a very small part of the work was done on the 1st scheduled day and NO ONE arrived on the 2nd day. I was told, when I ‘phoned, the fitters would be back in SIX days!!! The delay caused absolute chaos trying to arrange the other work being done in the house. No reason was given.
