My Beautiful wigs provide perfect customer service. Dawn and Stacy are amazing. I bought my first hair piece with them in February and Dawn made a very difficult day the best it could be. My hair loss journey is still very fresh and it has been very important for me to feel at ease when purchasing my wig. Having the team at the end of the phone, as well as a physical store makes the experience so so much easier, this is a massive plus for me vs. online only retailers. I am just about to purchase my second!

I contacted My Beautiful Wigs during chemotherapy. Dawn was super quick, fitted me in at short notice, took into account my considerations and was so kind, we tried different styles and designs to see what would best suit me and the look I wanted. She ordered in two different styles for me to try and helped me style the wig to best suit me. She gave me lots of advice and aftercare. I went to two previous wig shops before but i wouldn't go anywhere else. The service was unmatched and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I bought my first ever wig from Stacy last week. She made me feel very relaxed and reassured in her capable hands. Stacy is very passionate about what she does and customer care is obviously very important to her - lucky for us! Lynn and every one at My beautiful wigs made me feel so comfortable. Looking for a wig for what ever the reason is a daunting process. I have struggled for many years to find good wigs, and how found them at my beautiful wigs. Stacey is amazing and patience and always knows what I like and don't like. They have a lovely Clean and comfortable private room. Love seeing Stacey and trying off different styles while enjoying a cuppa. Look forward to my next visit.

My mum went for a consultation at My Beautiful Wigs in Hayes and I accompanied for moral support. We arrived rather apprehensive due to the nature of the appointment but our consultant Lynn (an absolute angel!) put us immediately at ease. We had a private consultation room and my mum was made to feel that she could take her time, try on as many different products as she liked and ask all the questions she wanted. Lynn was professional, knowledgeable but also very friendly, warm and kind. All the staff seemed very polite and friendly. Absolutely no judgement was felt in any way at all. It's a safe environment for a sensitive and often emotional experience. My mum will definitely be returning and we 100% recommend My Beautiful Wigs to all that need support, advice and assurance during their search for hair pieces whether they are new or experienced.

I have struggled to find a good quality hair topper or wig after chemotherapy. Lynn took my call where I explained what I needed at short notice and offered an appointment the same day. I was taken to a private room. Lynn was personable, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. She went over and above to make me feel comfortable and took her time to show me the various pieces available in line with my requirements, whilst explaining the structure/material of each item. I was given plenty of time to try each one on to find the right one for me. I had lost hope in finding a suitable wig until I met Lynn and I left with two! Customer care was amazing. Thank you Lynn for your advice and giving me the confidence to wear a wig.

I met with Stacy on Saturday for my appointment and I had the most wonderful experience. Stacy is brilliant at what she does and helped me choose the right wig for me.
