Very helpful and friendly staff until you have a complaint, then they are very unprofessional and don’t want to know. Steer clear of this company.

Just had a carpet fitted from Fife Carpet Mill, all a bit urgent and last minute but they managed to do it before Xmas. Massive selection very reasonably priced - thanks so much! Carpet looks and feels great, too!

Had carpets fitted to long hallway and 3 rooms last year, great advice on dealing with tricky layout, quick service and reasonably priced. We are very happy with them.

Just had new stair and top landing carpet fitted , main bathroom floor and wc floor, excellent fitting , very clean and tidy. Been using fife carpet mill for nearly 20 years, never disappointed.

Seemed to be well stocked, friendly and the staff helpful. Cant comment about prices as i didnt buy anything at the time but looks to be reasonably well priced considering

First class customer service and fitting.I went to this local store to my parents as they had recently had good service and fitting from them. The choice of carpets and vinyl is huge and the gentleman I spoke to gave me great advice on what carpets to get for my home (my home is a rental and due to an accident I had to replace a carpet). He advised on best carpet for wear, cleaning and cost. I picked a nice carpet but to be honest I underestimated how nice it really is. It really looks amazing on the floor. I can make lines when I hoover. It's so good, I did 2 extra rooms the same. The fitters are just top class professionals. They were great with the odd corners and doors in my home and guests, family and landlord say it has transformed the space. It's nice to have lovely carpet again and I will be back as the landlord would now like new flooring in the kitchen! Great work and thanks to Ross, Jim, John and Angela.

Just had another carpet fitted. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Such prompt service. They always go above and beyond! Highly recommend fife carpet mill.

Went and picked carpets and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We got a fitting date that suited us. On the fitting day, we received a call saying they'd be with us within the hour.
