Popped in on the way back to London for an early lunch. Very friendly and quick service, and a brilliantly simple Sunday lunch menu...roast beef or roast pork plus a veggie option. Good ales too! We wiped our plates clean!

5 star WOW, Sunday lunch!!Can’t fault the atmosphere, the beer or the food. Definitely visiting again!!Just had second visit for evening meal.Fantastic steak, cooked beautifully with all the trimmings.Plus fish cooked in lovely beer batter and chips.Brilliant food great service, lovely coffee Very friendly staff and locals.Can’t fault the place !!!

a great pub found on Brit stops. 3 ales on tap very well kept. no food on a Monday but the menu looked good. I'll keep it in mind for a stp over when travelling to the west country..

Called in for an evening meal with some friends - what a lovely country pub. Cheery staff, good service and a very tasty meal, most definitely on the (very!) short-list of where to go. Made the perfect end to a good day.

Great local with reasonably priced beers and food. Always a warm welcome and lovely to sit by the river with a pint in the sunshine. Clean, great service and atmosphere!

Cracking little pub. Lovely helpful staff. Proper pub food. Beer on point. Ate here on Saturday and came back on Sunday for the roast. Thankyou to all for the hospitality!
