I've had no boiler since the the 20th of September reported it on the 28th when I had my inspection gas man cancelled twice and never hurd from him again I've got 3 children with complex additional needs an noone doing anything it's disgusting!

I was moved into a property of there's and had nothing but problems. And when a problem did arise I'd have to wait weeks for a response to get it fixed as it's all done over this app and not in person. It will be very rare that you manage to actually speak to a human. Now I have finally left the property they have given wrong move out dates to several people leaving me liable for things that I am not liable for. Very frustrating. Avoid if you can. Milton Keynes council should reconsider putting already vulnerable people in a property of there's and stop working with this letting agency. The good reviews are clearly people involved in the company and not tenants with experience.

Since it won't let me reply to my original review under Danielle Jauncey no I did not cancel two appointments your gas engineer cancelled 2 appointments I cancelled the 3rd appointment due to child ilness asking for him to let me no the next available appointment he never replied an actually the first he didnt even cancel he just didnt show up it was only when i messaged him he decided to say he couldnt make it all of which I have evidential proof of so please Do not blaitently lie!

Great company to deal with, professional and helpful team

I have dealt with many property management companies and never have I seen one so bad. Left me without hot water for 3 weeks and I have a vulnerable person living with me. Not only that when I called to chase the issue being resolved I was told “I don’t have time for this today, you have to be patient”. How is this company allowed to operate treating people like that.

Seeing these bad reviews made me upset as this company does not deserve such a bad outcome. As such, I decided to post a review to let you know about my experience with Sai Aryan and I hope there will be more of these to follow! I am a Landlord and Sai Aryan are managing my properties. I am in close contact with them on regular basis and I know they go above and beyond to do their best to manage the tenants and landlords expectations which can be tricky sometimes. They always pay the rent on time and they look after the properties carrying out inspections. I have not had any issues with my properties since Sai Aryan took over the management. The staff members are very friendly and polite. They always ensure that properties are cleaned and in good state of repair.

They dont care about the Tenants one bit they have been out 2 times now telling us to Hoover loads more Because there was crums from my kids food sorry its hard to run around after 2 Toddlers and a 5 months old baby and dont get me started on the moild telling us to clean it ive cleaned it loads of times amd there still saying it are folt when it was here when we got moved here they are Absolutely horrible Company NO ONES SHOULD deal with this the Council need to stop dealing with These properties

I have now been without heating for 3 weeks and nobody answers the phone to this company, everything is done on an app which nobody replies to. I have a small baby and don’t no what to do anymore I have really had enough. I really don’t see how this is a property management company and how they can treat people like this. I came through Milton Keynes council as I am a vulnerable person and they have put me with this terrible management company who seem to be taking money for services and not doing anything. I read on their website that they manage the properties, but I have no heating for 3 weeks. I am going to complain direct to Milton Keynes Council and I read that I can complain through both the Association Standards of Residential Management Agents and the Redress Scheme which I am doing. Your company needs to be closed down.

Shocking and shameful company. I will be reporting to Trading Standards for their complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.From what they promise to what they actually delivered was the difference like night and day, no regular checks done, full market rental not paid, care of property not upheld, very rude and ignorant in attitude when questioned, controversially written contracts that cannot uphold in the court of law are amongst the many failures.My Property left in the worst condition imaginable through lack of promised inspections and this has now cost me a fortune to put right. Stay clear at all costs. MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL should be addressing the negative complaints and not be affiliated working with such a terrible company.This review should be in the negative; -5 but the lowest I can give is a 1. Stay clear at all costs or be very prepared.

Didn’t choose this company they took over our property. Outrageous agency we have had issue with mild and our boiler not working they left us for 2 week with no hot water or heating during the snow. Currently repeatedly calling them as I boiler has been broken for a week now no answer they choose the ignore the phone. Anyone know what I need to do to get my boiler fixed ??
