Beauty temple never fail to have the most thoughtful offers and packages. Me and my daughter had the mummy and me treatments which came as a perfect end of summer treat for the two of us. A lovely cupcake and mock tail was served to my daughter and myself ordering a cocktail chosen from a variety on the drinks menu, as well as my daughter receiving a sweet gift from the ladies at reception who gave her the option between a bracelet, scrunchie or a key ring. I will definitely be visiting again !!!

I came to Beauty Temple for an intimate wax about five or six weeks ago. I usually go to NKD, but I wanted to try somewhere a bit closer to home. The beautician was friendly and at first she put me somewhat at ease, but I found the wax quite painful, as she seemed to be removing large amounts of hair in one go, which I've never had before (despite having had hollywood/Brazilian waxes regularly for over five years, with lots of different beauticians).When she was finished, she didn't ask me to check her work or give me any opportunity to tell her she had left hair on me. I was really disappointed because she didn't actually wax the labia, but I felt too awkward to say anything at the time. I've since tried to phone to speak to someone about it, but no one has picked up the phone, so I'm leaving this review instead. I would definitely advise that you choose somewhere else for an intimate wax.

I have visited this salon since the day it opened and have only had positive experiences! Recently, I’ve had my nails done, lashes and a massage, all of which were to a high standard. I find the staff friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect for the avenue and I would highly recommend this salon. I’ve always found it to have a good vibe and I always leave feeling refreshed and like I have been looked after by the team. Shame to see a few negative posts as myself and the people I know who go here, rate it highly! I have further bookings and wouldn’t hesitate to go there again in the future.

I always look forward to my appointments at beauty temple west bridgford. From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed with warm, friendly happy smiley girls. The array of treatments they offer are always to the highest of standards, from massages and facials to manicures and pedicures, and dare I say it even waxing! I’m never disappointed. I always walk out feeling a million dollars! Thanks again!

I have been a regular to this branch but I had to add a one-star review this time.. I have booked an acrylic soak off today ( I did my gel nail here a few weeks ago) and the experience was (literally) painful. The technician didn’t soak off my gel at all and scratched my nails directly. My cuticles bleed and my nails are all damaged (you can even see the difference - comparing my index finger, which the gel fell off already, and my others). This should be my last time to this branch.

Had a set of acrylics done, the lady doing them was nice but the nails were a bit disappointing. And furthermore, 3 have completed fallen off after a week of having them. These photos were taken the day after i got them done. The sizes are different, the nails are lumpy and thick, and a few are placed on very wonky. Im not very happy with them, Sorry :(

Lovely salon and friendly staff, I booked in for a back massage with Sarah and she worked her magic, I left feeling amazing.My mum also booked in at the same time for LvL with Michelle and her lashes looked brilliant!Will definitely be back for more pampering soon, thank you!!
