Shocking; had issues on wrt to a simple touch-up bumper repair 2 years ago. I needed to return car to have alignment corrected, rear light securely fixed, which was duly carried out. Today I am having a hitch fitted and the fitting company needed to remove some rear mouldings etc, only to discover that the moulding over the wheel arch had been stuck back on with high strength adhesive bonding agent rather than the correct screws. Nice surprise to find!

Damaged my Black piano interior trim round start stop button, marked the leather seat, and either chipped door edge or didn’t finish door paint spraying properly. Basically no interest to sort as no contact. Poor service imo

First class experience! The quality of work, and excellent customer care makes this a 5 out of 5 rating for me. Daniel and his team are great, very friendly and trustworthy. Couldn’t recommend this business enough, they really do go out of their way to do a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others.

We were referred to this place by our insurance, the communication was terrible and they handed the car back to us still broken. After telling the insurance and coming back to ask them to fix it properly they tried to tell us it must have already been that way beforehand. It's not until we showed them the paperwork from the service we had done a couple of days before that they actually took ownership. They then had to get another garage to fix the problems and they decided to book the work in on the day we told them we couldn't take the car. Our wedding day. Which of course they had a huge attitude about. Eventually they moved the work and when we took it in to the other garage they had no record of being contacted about the work. Absolute mess. If you have any choice in the matter avoid this place.

Nice guys, but poor quality of work. I went in for a wheel alignment, since they advertise having the Hunter equipment. I paid for the full 4 wheel alignment, and the car came back worse than when I took it in. The steering was all over the place. I suspected it wouldn't be a good job when they took about 30 minutes to do the whole job. I knew that was wrong because I'd had a Hunter wheel alignment done somewhere else previously. They only get a second star for being nice to my dog.

Insurance company sent me here for some minor damage to bumper and repainting on my MX-5. This place is much bigger than I thought with a lot of cars going through there, but I have to say I was very impressed. They were quick, the quality of work was high, they don't cut corners and have very high standards. I would definitely recommend them and normally I don't say that lightly. Appreciate a couple of negative reviews are out there about this place and of course, sometimes no doubt people's expectations are not met for whatever reason, but I was very impressed and the quality of the work is 1st class. GL Coachworks Ltd deserve this 5 star review. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle when it was damaged on a motorway by a lorry changing lanes. I had damage to left side of car and front wheel; all which has been repaired to an as new" condition (you would not know a lorry hit me).
