We hired Simon to do our Building Survey after our initial surveyor had to cancel last minute for personal reasons. He was professional from beginning to end, providing a detailed survey, and has since gone above and beyond to help us with advice on a variety of skilled tradesmen in the local area. Couldn't recommend him enough, worth more than just what you pay for his services!

I contacted this firm to request a survey on a retaining wall. I spoke with surveyor Simon Pinto who kindly agreed to take a look at the issue and report back to me. He did this in his own time on a Saturday afternoon and provided a clear and detailed report with photos. He provided options for resolving the issue and also went on to recommend a company to provide quotes for one of the options suggested. I would definitely recommend Simon to others and use him myself again should the need arise.

With the aid of Simon's very comprehensive survey report on the property I was about to purchase, I was able to renegotiate the purchase price with the vendors largely based on works that were unforeseen and for most of which Simon had provided cost guidance figures.

As first time buyers we were so pleased to have come across Simon. He was not only extremely thorough and professional in carrying out the survey but offered invaluable advice in regard to the site's environmental report and warranty of the building.Both the snagging report and thermal imaging report were detailed and well-designed so we were able to grasp key information and areas of concern quickly.We cannot recommend Simon enough - his care and attention to detail has been outstanding!

Following a really bad year after Everest Ltd breached building regulations on an extension we were left in a legal situation where we asked for Simon's services in reviewing the build and compiling an Expert Witness Report. Simon came across as very knowledgeable in this field of expertise. He was understanding of our situation and carried out the work in a timely fashion. Given that the build needed inspection work he was as neat and tidy as he could be and the final report itself was thorough, detailed and exactly what we required. Simon even returned to help liaise with the builder in order to discuss repair works. This went beyond what we had paid for & was very much appreciated. I honestly couldn't recommend Simon enough and I can only apologise that it has taken me so long to leave this review.

Worth every penny. The report on our house was thorough and clear with photos and explanations. Without it.. we would have been in a lot of trouble. The ongoing support was also very useful to inform decisions about repair and care. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend Redstone. Simon was superb and very knowledgeable. He has an almost psychic ability to know what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix!
