Brilliant Service, I would highly recommend.I went in to order an office chair for home working and was able to try all different styles of chair to see what my preference was. In the end I decided to order out of one of the catalogues and was kept updated at all stages of the process.As soon as my chair arrived from the manufacturer, it was delivered fully assembled. I really liked the care taken to put the protective plastic back on the chair after they had assembled it so it wouldn’t get grubby in transit.Again, brilliant service and well worth a visit.

27.03.2023 Bought another chair last week, excellent price and prompt delivery. Unfortunately I realised the black coloured chair does not match the room furniture and it should be a grey/white combination. I sent an email, kind gentleman came after an hour to pick up the chair and refunded the money. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! RECOMMENDED 100% ! WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE IN FUTURE 100% !Bought study chair, very comfy and solid, good price too, free delivery as live nearby to chatham branch

Nice bloke on the other end of the phone - gave some decent advice even though we'd established they were out of stock of the chair I was looking for and so wasn't going to be buying one from them. Seems to genuinely have the customer's best interests at heart - would shop there again in a flash if I needed to.
