I had this product installed last November after a very persistent salesman preying on my ill partner , i did not want the product but my partner signed and paid for it . The product was fitted three days later they left a large hole in my living room , we decided just before xmas to sell the house . The house was more or less straight away everthing going through fine until the valuer came from the persons buying our house to be told lenders have stopped lending to people who have put this form in the attics ? They can not get their mortgage and i can not sell my house ??? I will not be able to sell it until this is removed ? The company refuse to do this and refuse to do anythkmg about it ?? Just saying thete will be something going out in the next couple of months in writing to lenders to say its fine ? The stress this is causing my partner and I with still no outcome please please do not touch this company

I had my attic insulated by RGH . I found their staff extremely knowledgeable on the phone. They explained exactly the process and the benefits .When the engineer came around , I was briefed in detail, explained how it works again. He was a lovely person and installed with minimal fuss or mess.I can feel the heat more now and the house feels less 'tinny' .Thank you RGH
