Parris Private Dining

We chose Ben as our private chef for the evening to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with family. From the first communication I knew he would provide the quality of food and service we were looking for. The menu was expertly designed to meet our tastes and was beautifully presented in the comfort of our daughter and son-in-law’s home. We were all able to enjoy superb restaurant quality food with the baby peacefully asleep upstairs. It was a memorable evening all thanks to Ben who left the kitchen spotless too. We contacted Ben about doing a special meal for our wedding anniversary having never used a private chef before. From start to finish our experience was fantastic. A great menu that was put together quickly and incorporated everything we asked for. On the evening we ate in the kitchen and it was an absolute pleasure to watch him work. Throughout the evening Ben was great at answering our questions and describing how he put the various dishes together. Most importantly the food was amazing and we even had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Really grateful to Ben for helping to make our anniversary day special. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Ben! Ben cooked for 10 of us at my home for a special birthday celebration. The food, his service (before and during the evening) and just everything about the private dining experience was beyond my expectation, it was completely perfect. The food was INCREDIBLE!! Ben cooked for us on New Years Eve and I have to say I can’t recommend him enough. The food was the best we’ve ever tasted. Even my husband who is tricky to please was highly complimentary and we are booking Ben again! Not only was the produce of high quality standard the food was mouth watering and Bens attention to detail was spot on. A great dining in experience, thank you so much!

Cannot recommend Ben from Parris Private dining highly enough. The photos are just a few of the amazing dishes he has created for us over the two meals we have had the pleasure of him cooking for us. Every meal is unique and bespoke. Ben takes the time to get to understand what you like and no two meals are the same. He is fabulous company to have in the kitchen and is completely hassle free, arrives with everything he needs, and leaves the kitchen as it was before. The meals are excellent value for money with the highest quality ingredients and a chef who has a wealth of experience. He also has cook at home boxes. We can't wait for round 3!

We wanted a private dining experience for the family to celebrate our ruby anniversary and Ben certainly delivered in spades. We met some weeks before to discuss menu options which Ben tailored to suit our needs but the fine detail and content was left with him to prepare and provide some surprise on the night.We started with canapés followed by a 5 course meal. Ben simply took over the kitchen and served all dishes to our group of six in the dining room. The food was absolutely divine and the presentation amazing…a true gourmet experience. He explained the ingredients and how each dish was prepared/cooked in fine detail which just enhanced the whole bespoke experience. The blend of flavours he achieved in each dish was equivalent to any 4/5* restaurant that I have experienced and to have this served in your own dining room made the evening very special. Oh, and he left our kitchen cleaner than when we handed over to him!If you are looking for something just a bit different for a special occasion at home then I can thoroughly recommend Ben.
