Great practice. Always helpful and cant fault the care provided. Really nice clinical staff and the receptionists very patient despite how some people talk to them .

I had an appointment for my little one to follow advice from the A&E as she had a second Croup within 8 days. He said they did have the letter from the A&E, but when I went out to reception, he was there. He told me the little one has a wise and tried to convince me she had, but I couldn't hear it. Then her heart rate was high, and he told me it is probably because of the steroid from the Croup from Sunday early hours. Then he told me to give her inhaler 2, 4 puffs 2 to 4 times a day, how I can know how many times, there wasn't a proper treatment plan. When we went out she start jumping and straight she start coughing a lot, went straight to reception and they told me the doctor will give me a call, but when, by end of the day and if she needs to be seen quicker to go to the Urgent treatment centre. At the whole time, I was feeling the doctor was trying to get rid of us. For the first time with the little one, I am getting such a service, and now, guess what? we are at the Urgent treatment centre.

I have been with this surgery for many, many years and the way I have been treated has been faultless. If I've needed quick treatment, I've received it. Staff have all been very kind and helpful. When my dad passed away, the doctor was fantastic and even checked how my mum was on the call. Brilliant surgery and I feel very blessed and lucky that we have the NHS and all the wonderful staff that work in it. It's a tough old job.

Was left a message by the asthma nurse which said totally in as they have quite a few appointments, rang and qas told by the receptionist that information was wrong and the nurse should not of said that. There were no appointments for the test's and not even one over the phone to discuss with the nurse to book one in as I was told that was the only way I could get my appointment. As I am not allowed my phone with me whilst at work I asked the receptionist could she please email them to call me so she would be aware that I called back. The response was abrupt NO she was not allowed to do that but would mark against my notes, which rely on the asthma nurse reading them Have recently had a course of treatment bu the nurse who are brilliant but have to say another poor experience from the surgery admin side. Receptionist apparently are not allowed to use their common sense so maybe the system/ procedures in place need reviewing.

Having a letter with a red flag, coming from a hospital outside Wiltshire, I went to the GP this morning. After explaining to the staff, they booked an appointment at am9:30. Nice . 10 minutes later I received a text “your appointment as been cancel because of doctors being ill. Has the doctor phone after am8:00 to say he was I’ll???? RED FLAG !!! No wonder the GWH A&E is full … that’s where I am now !

I wish I didn’t register with this GP. It’s the WORST CLINIC I ever visited. I was at work when I started feeling sick and I was nearly fainted. My Supervisor called them to ask for professional medical advice as they didn’t know what to do to me. After my supervisor called and asked for help a lady from reception just hung up the call just after 1 minute without providing any assistance or advice and she said she will give a call later. The receptionist called 2 hours later when it was too late and the worst happened.

You know, for a service that most countries don't have, you would think people would be more grateful. Personally I have NEVER had an issue with this surgery and I've been a patient for over 30 years. Yes, they get stretched, are over worked and under paid, but if I use the service correctly I always get seen and feel heard. The reception staff are professional and curtious, mind you, I've never given them a reason not to be. Also, someone mentioned they ask for your date of birth and name straight away, Honey child, that is time efficient! and you are not calling to book a holiday or a table at the Ritz.Thank you North Swindon, you rock. With much love and respect from someone who claps you for life, not just for lockdown!

They don't really seem to listen to their patients. They don't organise or communicate very well and are constantly late with appointments. Expect to wait well over an hour after your appointment time before you are even seen, yet if I turned up over an hour late to my appointment and expected to be seen I'd probably be turned away. It's not like anybody else had a busy day too. Wish I'd never left my old surgery.

An appointment I had was cancelled by the surgery due to sickness. When I called to reschedule and explained my circumstance, I was treated with a cold attitude by the receptionist who couldn’t have been less helpful. If you cancel an appointment you should at least contact the patient and offer another one as soon as possible.
