391 Salon

Lovely salon with a really friendly chilled out atmosphere. Would highly recommendSince writing my review last year I have continued to use the excellent hairdressing services of 391 Salon on the Lisburn Road in Belfast and have even brought my 11- and 13-year-old daughters along for haircuts. The service is always 5-star and above. I was so disappointed for the staff of 391 Salon when I saw that someone has left a 2-star review for a salon of such high professional standards, especially when the reviewer has never actually experienced the service this fantastic salon can provide. I cannot understand why anyone would walk into a busy hairdressing salon without having previously made an appointment and then punish them with a bad review for not having an available appointment. It is a terrible shame that the review has dragged the Google star rating of the salon down from 5 stars to 3.5, and it is incredibly unfair to the staff of 391 Salon. It appears to me that by placing a damaging review in the public domain the reviewer has deliberately attempted to tarnish the good reputation of this business for unknown reasons. In my experience the staff that work here are professional and hugely experienced and have made a massive effort to create a pleasant, friendly, welcoming, and comfortable place to have your hair done. The fact that they were too busy to take a walk-in client proves only that they are obviously very good at their jobs and appointments are in high demand. As per my last review, I would highly recommend this hairdressing salon so please ignore the false star rating that now appears on Google.

Can't really say much. They were busy and could not fit me in. But will give them another go and make an appointment this time.

Love it here staff always helpful friendly and good craic

This is such a lovely salon. The staff are so friendly. I have been getting my cut and colour done with the girls for years and have always left with exactly what I wanted.I would recommend an appointment as they are very popular. Which just shows how good they are. I notice a review of 2 stars by someone who walked in without an appointment and was unable to be seen there and then. It's a pity people don't actually wait on having the service before reviewing it. Very odd.Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this salon- top class service each time, staff are friendly and professional. Lovely surroundings.They make a mean cappuccino!!
