Sabina, Ella and Sarah were very helpful. I'm vegan so am careful if products contain milk and honey. Sabina took her time to explain each product. Ella and Sarah had a warm smile and were professional. Very pleased. Great service.

Brilliant place to browse and ask for helpful information and little Julie was very kind and helpful listening to me when I wanted help with products. I was shown the Refill Station where you can save money as well as the environment. She even listened about my medical needs, so this has given me the confidence to try and make an appointment with my doctor

I love the refill option for shampoo, conditioner and body wash - it's great to see the shop offer more sustainable options. The lad who served me was a real sweetheart too.
