Fantastic service received today moving my dad into his new flat. The lads were really professional and handled everything with care. Only took a few hours!I would highly recommend to any look for a reliable removal company!

We used MNM removals 2 weeks ago and cannot recommend them highly enough! The team were fantastic, working non-stop in 28-degree weather to make sure all of our stuff moved safely and quickly to our new house (including a very heavy piano!!). Mass and the team were super friendly, incredibly professional and worked tirelessly with big smiles on their faces the whole time. If you’re moving house and looking to find a team you can trust to do an awesome job, we honestly cannot recommend MNM more.

We contacted a few removal companies to move a piano from the sellers house to mine. After speaking with we ended up going mnm removals. Not only with a great value I can also book in a time slot that was convenient to the seller, they called me when they were close and were very professional throughout. We would highly recommend using this company and will definitely be using them again. The guys that came were very helpful and protected the inside of our house and the piano show on arrival to make sure there is no damage.

Avoid at all costs!! Highly unprofessional company who charged us £400 to relocate a vintage piano, as they had marketed themselves as professionals in this field. The team of 3 that arrived weren’t trained and dropped the piano multiple times, on multiple types of surfaces, causing in replaceable damage. I contacted the team over a week ago to ask for compensation / feedback / support and my emails, calls and voicemails have been totally ignored. Absolutely appalling service and would never use again. Please be warned as the damage to your items can never be repaired, despite the company stating that the price included insurance. I now believe this to be a lie based on the radio silence. We are guttered, 400 pounds out of pocket and a broken piano.

I booked MnM to move my piano to our new house and they were fantastic from start to finish - really easy booking process, let us know when they were 30 minutes from pick up and the guys who moved it were so friendly and professional (and extremely strong!). This was by far the most competitive price I could find and they were happy to travel anywhere in the country (the move itself was 40 miles). Thoroughly recommend them for any move - thank you!

A huge thanks to the MNM team,Their very professional, friendly and the hard work really stood out. Myself and my partner was so stressed about our move, the team ensured us everything will be stress free. Which it was!We had a lot of stuff to move to our new premises, we honestly didn’t think one removal van would be enough. To our surprise the guys turned up with an additional van, even though we only booked 1 van the teams thinking was always 4 steps ahead. A lot of our items / furniture was extremely heavy! We moved from Leicestershire to the east coast MNM contacted us to confirm that they would arrive on the day of moving at 9.30 in fact they were early, they were professional, polite, courteous, value for money and very hard working. They were careful with all our belongings and we couldn't have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody who needed a house move.

Fantastic service! Both before the move and on the day, everyone was really helpful and professional. The movers were extremely efficient and careful with our belongings, especially our computers and plants! Everyone was so friendly and they just took the stress out of moving! Thank you all for helping, Jodi did a fabulous job of answering any questions we had before the move, and during. You really can't ask for more, especially since the other moving companies were hundreds of pounds more and unavailable for weeks! We will be using you again, definitely recommend!!
